About The Director

The woman behind Unique Persona is Shalini Kala. A post graduate in human resource management from SCDL she is a dynamic training professional with an overall experience of 13 years in conducting Soft Skills Training. But it wasn’t until Feb 2017 that she thought of starting her own venture – Unique Persona. Extremely focused and dedicated in conducting sessions which stimulates people skills, empowers personal growth and practical learning opportunities. Under the guidance of Shalini Kala the Founder of the centre who herself is an educationist with a vast experience of almost more than a decade, Unique Persona has been offering a wide range of Soft Skills, Personality Development, Voice & Accent, English courses for test preparation ( IELTS, TOEFL,PTE) and Corporate Training. In the past few operational years we have trained many students for such courses and thereby enabled them to fulfill their dreams. As the Managing Director, she is solely responsible for making Unique Persona one of the leading training institutes in India.
